What is the most powerful acid?

It depends on what factor you consider to be most "powerful". The strongest acids I know of would be HCL (hydrochloric) and H2SO4 (sulfuric acid). The way to make an acid more powerful is to boil it, which will evaporate most of the water and increase the concentration of the Hydronium ion (which is what the strength of an acid is based on). But there is one acid that often goes unnoticed; Hydrofluoric acid (HF). Hydrofluoric acid is, by classification, a weak acid BUT the Florine ion that forms from dissolving this acid in water is extremely violent (Fluorine is the most electronegative element) and this makes HF an extremely dangerous acid (it is classified as a weak acid because the strength comes from the F ion, not the H ion).
